Feel free to contact us

Even if you're anxious about screening, please reach out. Consult us via LINE, phone or the form. Consultation and estimates are free.

Personal information you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry, in line with our privacy policy.

Before you ask

A few things worth knowing before you get in touch

What to have ready, and which channel suits what. You can also just get in touch with nothing prepared.

What should I tell you?

Three things help most: your budget, the car you have in mind, and what you can comfortably pay each month. If none of that is settled, tell us how you will use the car — commuting, family trips — and we will narrow it down together. Say what worries you about screening too; being straight with us gets you a realistic answer faster.

Phone, LINE or the form — which should I use?

Phone is best when it is urgent or you want an answer on the spot. LINE is easiest for sending photos or writing outside opening hours. The form suits a longer, considered message. All three reach us the same way — use whichever is comfortable.

Will I get chased with sales calls?

We answer what you asked and leave the decision at your pace. Coming back weeks later is fine. A car is a decision that touches your daily life; it should not be made under pressure.

Notes

If you are in a hurry, or far away

If you need the car soon, say so at the outset. Commuting, school runs, an inspection about to lapse — the reason changes which parts of the schedule can be tightened. We cannot compress everything, but we will tell you up front what moves and what does not.

If you live on another island or outside the prefecture and cannot come to see the car, get in touch anyway. We will show you its condition in photos and video, and if there is a particular part you want to see, name it and we will shoot it. Shipping does add time and cost.
