In-house Loan

How the in-house loan works

Judged by our own criteria

We contract the installment plan directly with you, without a credit company. Because we judge by our own criteria, those who did not pass credit screening before still have a chance.

  • Those who have failed screening before
  • Recently changed jobs / short tenure
  • Part-time, casual or self-employed
  • Foreign residents / US-military-related

Steps to purchase

  • 1. Free consult on LINE or by phone
  • 2. Car and payment plan proposal
  • 3. In-house screening (our own criteria)
  • 4. Contract, delivery and aftercare

No special documents are needed for an initial consultation — just tell us your budget and the car you're looking for.

Questions

Questions we are asked about our services

Sales, buy-back, servicing and delivery — the points customers actually ask about. If yours is not here, just ask.

Can I sell my current car at the same time as buying?

Yes — buy-back and trade-in can run alongside the purchase. The value of your current car can go into the payment plan, either standing in for a deposit or lightening the monthly figure. If it will not start or the inspection has lapsed, tell us the condition anyway and we will check what is possible.

How thorough is the pre-delivery inspection?

Every car is inspected and serviced before delivery. A used car always has its own history, so if something specific concerns you, say so in advance and we will look at it closely. Inspections, servicing and any trouble after you start driving stay with us too.

Can I buy a car whose inspection is nearly due?

You can. But how much inspection time is left translates directly into money you will spend soon after, so we tell you the remaining period up front and discuss whether to put it through before handover or after, with the likely cost. We will not leave that vague.

How does delivery outside Okinawa or to an island work?

We have delivered to Ishigaki and to addresses outside the prefecture. Shipping adds time and cost. If you cannot come and see the car, we can walk you through its condition with photos on request. If there is a specific part you want to see, just ask.

What if something goes wrong after I buy?

Call us. We will hear what is happening and decide whether it needs to come in. Things do surface once you start driving a used car; a dealer you hesitate to call is no use at that moment. What is covered and what it costs depends on the case, and we will tell you straight as soon as we know.

Do I have to decide on the day?

No. Plenty of customers take it home to talk it over, or compare elsewhere and come back. We will not rush you. If there is information you need in order to decide, we will put it in a form you can compare.

Flow

How it actually goes, from first contact to delivery

The steps themselves are not complicated. What is hard is knowing what to check at each one. Here is the sequence, written around the places customers actually get stuck.

  1. Get in touchPhone, LINE or the form — all fine. Tell us your budget, the car you want and what worries you about screening. No documents needed at this stage.
  2. A car and a payment planWe look for cars that fit, and present them with a realistic monthly picture that includes running costs. If you want to compare, we will lay it out so you can.
  3. Our own screeningWe decide, not a credit company. What matters is where you are now and whether the payments are sustainable. We tell you which documents are needed at this point.
  4. ContractYou confirm the total, the term and the monthly payment before the contract goes ahead. If anything is unclear, ask before you sign.
  5. Inspection and servicingThe car is inspected and serviced before handover. Anything you flagged in advance gets particular attention.
  6. Delivery, and afterHandover is not the end. Inspections, servicing and problems stay with us afterwards. For the outer islands or outside the prefecture we arrange transport.
